  • Medical Massage – Goal-oriented, often tied to a diagnosis, and focuses on specific conditions or rehabilitation.
  • Swedish Massage – Gentle, flowing strokes to reduce tension and promote overall wellness.
  • Deep Tissue Massage – Releases chronic muscle holding patterns and tension in deeper layers of fascia and muscle.
  • Trigger Point Therapy – Direct pressure to “knots” to release pain and improve range of motion.
  • Neuromuscular Therapy – Corrects imbalances by targeting nervous system pathways and muscular dysfunctions.
  • Craniosacral Therapy – Gentle touch along the skull, spine, and sacrum to relieve tension and support emotional release.
  • Thai Massage – A blend of stretching and compression — great for joint mobility and energy flow.

Muscle Energy Technique (MET) – Uses gentle contraction and relaxation techniques to improve joint function.
